For each rulemaking, the Reg Update provides electronic links to the latest official publications and includes information concerning comment period deadlines, anticipated future actions, projected implementation dates, and docket submissions. So that you can quickly identify what's new and important, deadlines and critical path items are color-coded. In addition to being an excellent tool for tracking regulatory activity, the Reg Update is a great archive of past actions. As of August 2019, the document was approximately 370 pages in length.
The U.S. Safety, Emissions & Fuel Economy Regulatory & Legislative Update summarizes the past month's legislative and regulatory activity concerning motor vehicle safety, emissions and fuel economy issues. CREDIT TRADING
We have more experience in this area than any other firm in the industry. Our credit trading services date back to the late '90s when we first were asked to assist Roll-Royce Motor Cars in acquiring NMOG credits for California. Since then, we helped create the Mobilis Trading online auction platform (no longer in operation) and continue to support companies looking for assistance in buying or selling compliance credits. Whether the credits relate to CAFE, GHG, ZEV, NMOG or something else, we have the experience and track record to support you.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE INCENTIVES
For over a decade, we have been compiling quarterly reports for clients which summarize federal and state incentives for EVs. Our summaries cover vehicle incentives, charger incentives, electricity discounts, HOV lane exemptions, registration and titling incentives, etc. We also prepare vehicle-specific incentive assessments for manufacturers and support them in ensuring their vehicles are added to applicable eligibility lists. Further, we supply manufacturers incentive data that can be used to power incentive cost calculators for their EV marketing websites.
